We invite you to browse undergraduate education opportunities in Palliative Care at McMaster University. Our program is structured to help all medical students understand and apply the palliative approach to care in their clinical practice. Our objectives are guided by the national Educating Future Physicians in Palliative and End-Of-Life Care (EFPPEC) competencies.

Palliative Care education is integrated through core curriculum experiences in both pre-clerkship  and clerkship. In addition, we welcome and encourage both McMaster and visiting students to apply for elective opportunities . Finally, we have included a curated list of resources and opportunities in Palliative Care available to McMaster Undergraduate medical students.
